Fine Filter is a type of industrial filter which is used to separate objects that cannotbe separated by the help of normal filters. These filters have extremely fine mesheswhich are used to separate tiny particles of dust and dirt.

Pre Filters for best suitable for all HVAC applications and as a Pre Filters before using final HEPA & Fine Filters. These ensure less dust load on Fine/HEPA Filters. Air Handling Units, Package Units, Air Washers & General Pre / Fine Filtration.

EFFICIENCY

 Flocon Pre Filters are available with efficiency of 90% for 10 micron particles with the pressure drop of 5.0 mm wg.

As per BS 2831/6540 with A. C. Fine Dust.

Construction

Frame is made Aluminum, MS & GI. Filter element consists of high koft Synthetic Non/Woven Media supported by HDPE mesh & GI Wire mesh on one side.

Galvanized ,Aluminium, Stainless steel and mild steel with powder coated frame and polyurethane foam media with expanded aluminium mesh support.

The Fine Bag Filter are produced  from synthetic micro fibres specifically designed   for use in air filtration and provided with a   scrim support backing  bonded to exit side  of the media. The Fine Bag Filter are 
provided with inflation spacers to prevent over inflation when in use.
